DJI Care Refresh is sold separately to the drone. If you purchased from D1 Store, you will find the activation code on your invoice as the Serial Number. If you haven't yet purchased Care Refresh, visit here to purchase. To bypass the 48-hour check you will need to use the current date (today's date). After purchase, an automated email with your activation code will be sent to you (check your junk/spam folder).
Your drone must be Australian stock and have no damage whatsoever, including water damage. It must be in like-new condition to be eligible for Care Refresh beyond 48 hours.
This process can only be used on products that have been activated for up to 2 months. If your drone has been activated for longer than 2 months, you will be required to submit additional photos.
Depending on when the verification files were submitted, it can take between 2–5 business days, with additional time during holiday periods.
