After purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you must bind your drone or gimbal to the service plan within a limited window. Drones have 48 hours after activation, and gimbals have 30 days after activation.
Follow these three simple steps to bind DJI Care Refresh to your product.
Click here to be taken to the DJI Activation Portal. Enter your DJI Care Refresh Activation Code, slide to verify, and hit next.
Enter your product's serial number. This can be found on the barcode of the box, inside the battery compartment, or on your D1 invoice/receipt.
Enter your personal details onto the form and submit. After 5–10 minutes, you should receive a full contract with terms and conditions in your email.
To use Flyaway Coverage, you must bind your DJI account and remote controller with your aircraft using the DJI Fly app before any incident occurs.
Enter [Profile] → [Device Management] → [Account and Device], and tap [Bind to Account].
Enter [Profile] → [Device Management] → [Value-added Service], and tap [Bind New RC].
If your drone has been activated for more than 48 hours, you'll need to complete a simple verification process.

Take two simple photos of the following:
1. Serial number on the drone
2. Full photo of the drone
