Your product is eligible for DJI Care Pro provided it meets the following criteria:

DJI Care Refresh coverage offers up to four replacement credits in two years, including two drone flyaway claims. The service covers all accidental damage caused by collision, water and more.
You can make a Care Refresh claim for the small excess fees listed below.

DJI Flyaway Coverage
DJI Flyaway covers the rare scenario of your drone being unretrievable after going missing during flight, providing you with a replacement drone. You can make one Flyaway claim in exchange for one replacement credit.
Please note: DJI Flyaway coverage is bound to your DJI account and drone's remote controller via the DJI Fly app. Binding your drone, controller and DJI account is required to claim DJI Flyaway.

A 1 year Care Refresh plan does not extend the standard 12 Month Warranty. If your drone is purchased through D1 Store, your drone will have the 2nd year extended warranty (excluding batteries) by default.
A 2 year Care Refresh plan does extend the standard 12 Month Warranty out to 24 Months Warranty. This is calculated from when the DJI Care Refresh is bound to your drone.
Email support@d1store.com.au with your drone model and serial number. We will ask for 2 simple photos and will re-open the care refresh binding window for ~24 hours.
It is calculated from when the DJI Care Refresh service is bound to your aircraft no matter when your device was activated.

The DJI Care Refresh covers for Pilot/User error whereas the Manufacturer's Warranty covers the product malfunction due to a non-user error. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, DJI will provide the appropriate service whether that is replacement or repair. If a user error occurs, you will simply need to pay an excess fee (if you have enough replacements remaining on your care plan) and DJI will exchange the damaged drone for a replacement drone (if the error occurs when the Care Refresh plan is active).
