Introducing Flyaway Coverage for DJI Care Refresh
The unexpected can happen at any time. To help DJI pilots fly more confidently, DJI Flyaway Coverage has been added to certain DJI Care Refresh services.
Flyaway Coverage
The Flyaway Coverage is now included with the DJI Care Refresh services for the DJI Mini 2 and the Mavic Air 2. This also includes all those who have already purchased. If a flyaway were to occur, so the drone is lost, you'll simply just pay the corresponding service fee to obtain a replacement product (which are brand new or equivalent to brand new in performance of reliability.
Along with the Flyaway Coverage, most of the main accident scenarios that can occur during the flight are now covered by DJI Care Refresh, allowing you to enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind every time you fly.
Replacement Fees (Australia)
After purchasing care refresh, you'll need to pay the corresponding fee each time you apply for a replacement.
DJI Mini 2; 1st replacement fee is $79, 2nd replacement fee is $89 and the Flyaway Coverage is $379.
DJI Mini SE; 1st replacement fee is $45, 2nd replacement fee is $59 and the Flyaway Coverage is $229.
Mavic Air 2; 1st replacement fee is $149, 2nd replacement fee is $179 and the Flyaway Coverage is $749.
DJI Air 2S; 1st replacement fee is $199, 2nd replacement fee is $249 and the Flyaway Coverage is $849.
DJI Mavic 3; 1st replacement fee is $229, 2nd replacement fee is $289 and the Flyaway Coverage is $1039.
DJI Mavic 3 Cine; 1st replacement fee is $349, 2nd replacement fee is $449 and the Flyaway Coverage is $1699.
DJI Mini 3; 1st replacement fee is $99 , and the 3nd replacement fee is $109, and the Flyaway Coverage replacement fee is $345.
Activate Flyaway Coverage
By default, the Flyaway Coverage is not bound where users must bind their DJI account with their remote controller through the DJI Fly app. If this binding operation has NOT been completed prior to experiencing a flyaway incident, Flyaway Coverage cannot be used.

Enter [Profile] -> [Device Management] -> [Account and Device], and tap [Bind to Account]
Bind New RC
Enter [Profile] -> [Device Management] -> [Value-added Service], and tap [Bind New RC]
What Does DJI Care Refresh Include?
DJI Care Refresh covers multiple scenarios, including drones lost during flight, water damage, collisions and drops. You also get additional services from DJI such as express option, free shipping, priority service and support.
