This new drone combines the original Mavic Mini internals with the body of the DJI Mini 2 along with the flight performance of the DJI Mini 2. The DJI Mini SE still uses the original Mavic Mini controller to provide a maximum transmission range of 4km and carries over the same 3-Axis gimbal that provides 2.7K Video at 30 fps and 60 fps when filming in Full HD.
The DJI Mini SE is now one of the cheapest drones on the market to features a 3-Axis Gimbal, Vision Sensors, GPS, Level 5 wind resistance and an impressive flight time of 30 minutes.
What's different from the Mavic Mini?
The Mavic Mini and the DJI Mini SE share the same controller (transmission) and camera. However they differ when it comes to the batteries, charger port, motors and propellers.
What's different from the DJI Mini 2?
The designs are generally the same, however the main difference in appearance is the DJI Mini SE does not have "4K" printed on the lens and the rear aircraft status indicator is not clickable. In terms of hardware, the DJI Mini SE does not have a 4K camera and cannot shoot RAW photos like the DJI Mini 2.
