The Mavic 3 Pro ditches the custom power adapter of previous DJI drone designs in favour of a standardised USB-C charging port, to the delight of many users. This means that users can now charge their Mavic 3 drone directly via a USB-C power adapter, the same charging interface as DJI drone remote controllers.
Not just any USB-C wall charger will do, however, as the Mavic 3 Pro’s 5000mAh Intelligent Flight Batteries require a significant amount of power in order to charge efficiently. In this case, a standard smartphone charger simply won’t do. Instead, users are recommended the DJI 65W or DJI 100W power adapters for Mavic 3 Pro charging.
The 65W adapter comes stock with the standard DJI Mavic 3 Pro while users who opt to purchase their drone via a ‘Fly More Combo’ will receive the 100W adapter by default.
