July 15th 2021 | Victorian 5-Day Lockdown [EXTENDED]
As of Thursday 15th of July, the Victorian Government has imposed a breaker lockdown in greater Melbourne starting midnight that has resulted in the closure of our Victorian Stores. This includes Brunswick, Chadstone, Melbourne Central and The Glen. These restrictions will remain in effect until Tuesday 11:59 PM, the 27th of July.
This will not affect our warehouse and repair team who will continue to dispatch online orders and service drones. If you place your order before 1PM on a business day, you order will be dispatched on the same day.
We really appreciate your support and patience during this time period and we cannot wait to have you all back in our stores as soon as possible!
June 25th 2021 | New South Wales Lockdown
The New South Wales Government have imposed a lockdown in the state of New South Wales that has resulted in the closure of our Sydney Stores. This includes World Square and Macquarie Centre. These restrictions will remain in effect until now July 30th of until further notice.
We really appreciate your support and patience during this time period and we cannot wait to have you all back in our stores as soon as possible!
June 11th 2021 | Victorian Store Restrictions
All Victoria Stores are now re-opened under the guidance of the Victoria Government. Customers must check-in at each location with the QR codes (located at the front of the store). All store trading hours can be found through our google listings along with the shopping centre opening times. Our team cannot wait to see you all back in our stores!
May 28th 2021 | Victoria Store Restrictions
As of Friday 28th of May, the Victorian Government has imposed a circuit breaker lockdown in greater Melbourne that has resulted in the closure of our Victorian Stores. This includes Brunswick, Chadstone, Melbourne Central and The Glen. These restrictions will remain in effect until Thursday 3rd of June with our stores reopening on the 4th of June, unless otherwise.
This will not affect our warehouse and repair team who will continue to dispatch online orders and service drones. If you place your order before 1PM on a business day, you order will be dispatched on the same day.

May 27th 2021 | Click and Collect — Brunswick Only
Our Brunswick store will be open only for Click and Collect until the circuit break lockdown ends.
To pick-up your items at your store, you will need to make a purchase through direct deposit, contact our team to organise, or through ZipMoney Online.
The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority during this time period and we will be adhering to strict social distancing and and hygiene guidelines.
