Complete your purchase from a D1 Store quotation. The policy is valid for 7 days from receiving your product (based on courier delivery date). Service items and non-quote purchases are excluded.
If you spot the identical product in stock at an eligible Australian retailer within 7 days of receiving your goods, capture the URL and a screenshot of the valid advertised price or PDF quotation.
Complete the claim form below within 7 days of receiving your product. You'll need your invoice number, matching contact details, and evidence of the lower price. Claims must be made online.
Our team will assess your claim and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. If successful, we'll email you with your chosen store credit. It's that simple!

We will be unable to process the claim after the designated time period.
Please still submit the claim and our team will look at your claim to determine whether it will be successful or not. Our team will look at the % discount originally offered compared to the % percentage of the claim price. We will also look at the amount of discount offered in the claim price. Our team will determine the difference and let you know if your original quote was the better price or if you are receiving store credit!

An official DJI reseller carrying Australian stock, or a local Australian store (can be online, but shipping fees will be factored in). The seller cannot be a clearance, liquidation, auction/warehouse outlet, or a distributor.
